Don't think I've seen this talked about here unless I'm just completely blind. But I watched the new intro to Uru Live last night when I logged (love the new intro with Yeesha talking) and of course the one thing that grabbed me attention was her saying 'He Comes'.

Anyone any thoughts on who she's referring to? I did wonder if she was talking about The Watcher or some other kind of prophet, or somebody just hell bent on distruction and chaos, kind of like Gehn.

There's been no real discussion of it here, Nigel, but in other forums the name Gehn has come up along with Veovis and an evil Dr. Watson. It's anybody's guess. Oh! and Esher. That name's been tossed in the ring.

Interestingly enough, I recall now playing the game "End of Ages" by Cyan. In Yeesha's journal she mentions her friend Calam being murdered and that she exacted revenge on the murderer.

1) I don't know how much we can trust the source material since EoA was only a game.

2) We don't know for sure whether Yeesha actually took this murderer's life.

Interesting to ponder, though.

Some have theorized that the "villian" of Cyan's D'ni-inspired "End of Ages" game is based on the D'ni survivor that the DRC found on the real age of Noloben three years ago. That seems pretty rude if you ask me (having not had the opportunity to meet the real individual on my own), but...

Curiously, Michael Engberg mentioned today that the DRC checked Noloben recently and found that the D'ni survivor appeared to have abandoned it months ago.

And yet I see no mention of Kadish in this thread.

Hm...

That was an oversight in my earlier response. There has been some talk of Kadish returning as well. There are a number of suspects.

Well if the events of the game have any basis in fact, this could be the result of one of the game endings. Although there were a couple ways to finish it, one of them indicated that SPOILER!!!!!

the Noloben Survivor, Escher, was taken prisoner by the Bahro after they were given their freedom. This would be consistent with the abondonment of Noloben, as well as the strange comment on the DRC site that "Yeesha searches for someone to free the Least".

Although it is insinuated that he would meet his fate at their hands, it is possible he was released. The speculation that "they" are the Bahro and "he" is Escher leaves a lot of questions to be answered, but is certainly possible I suppose...

Could be Phil Henderson.....or even Dr Watson Shocked

From what I remember Dr Watson took the journey that we all took and this changed him completely and of course he's never been seen since.

For that matter "he" could be Douglas Sharper to. There are tons of possabilities to speculate on but I don't think we have any way of really knowing at this time.

I think that "he" is most likely someone completely new that we have not heard of before. Only time will tell.

Or a He we know, but who has changed in ways that make them nothing like the person we encountered before.
