Maybe I look too much what the signs say 'No Pets' 'Pet Area'
'Only a Guide and Service Animals allowed' and missing what
seems to be obvious... lol...

You're looking at the right areas, Jana. Also note the little arrow [ < ] on one of the signs. Doesn't it seem to point at another sign with a contradictory message?
