I's trying to be all proactive and get coordinated. My thought here is to get everyone on a google calender, so it's all right there, at once.

I'll make TGTFilming@gmail.com today. If people would be willing to make TGT*yourname*@gmail.com, I can go from there getting a calender set up.

If you need a gmail invite, holler at me, I have tons.

We already had a Yahoo! group, but if you prefer Google's calendar, that's fine by me.

I have created a Google Mail account TGTMarten.

Please let me know if I need to do anything else to connect to the project calendar.

Cool, one you guys have Gmail accounts...

1. log into the calendar at the top left of the screen.

2. Enter in your schedule

3. Then go to 'manage calendars' (at the very bottom of the control panel on the left, in small type), click on 'share this calendar', and under 'add a new person' add TGTFilming@gmail.com and click 'add person'. Click 'Save'.

4. then go to 'other calendars' (just above 'manage calendars'), click 'add' (the plus sign), and click 'friends calendars', then toss in TGTFilming@gmail.com and click 'Add'. Confirm by clicking 'OK'.

if you already have a gmail account, rather than making a new one, you can make a new calendar by going manage calendars>add new>TGT*yourname*, then go 2-4 from there Smile

Eleri, are we supposed to mark on the calendars when we are BUSY, or when we are AVAILABLE?

Because I marked when I am BUSY.
