Right now, there's a fix to change Bevin to Neighborhood! One could say a new restoration has started: to restore Uru to its more accurate and less buggy predecessor. Makes you wonder what other fixes and additions will follow.
The GoW also also relaunched their website. |

Right now, happy Easter! Over here, it's 25 degrees Celsius. Which makes today the warmest Easter since 1901, that is since they started registering temperatures in the Netherlands! |

Right now, joining in to say Happy Easter to everyone.
It's storming magnificently where I'm at. The power is even flickering occasionally, but I love rain, so I don't mind.
Right now, I just have to mention, I saw Atlas Shrugged Part 1 in theaters yesterday, and it was awesome. I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to see it in theaters, because it's an independent film and it's not showing in very many places, but they made some money during the opening weekend and were able to expand a bit.
Now, please don't pounce on me if you don't like Ayn Rand. (She's the author of the book that the movie is based on.) I realize this is an extremely controversial movie, (and book), both politically and philosophically. Ayn Rand is the kind of person that seems to attract firestorms of debate whenever she's mentioned, so I'll say ahead of time I don't want to start any political debates or craziness or anything like that. But whether you agree with her ideas or not, this is still a thought-provoking, immensely enjoyable movie to see.
And since it's an independent film, and needs all the help it can get in getting people interested in seeing it, I just can't pass up any chance to spread the word about it. So if there are, by some chance, any Ayn Rand fans here, you might go see it.
Have a great day everyone. |

Right now I am very happy and here's why... Haha...
Last week I finally afforded myself the great pleasure to buy
a new computer... Yay!!! ... This year my old one more and
more hit the limits and walls everywhere lol, I even couldn't
see some nice details in newer fan ages anymore and when
I attended the AllGuildsMeeting last week, and there were only
39 people in Kirel when I linked in, I could hardly move...
Yeah, that was the moment when I thought 'O_o... no, that
is it now... I can't stand this any longer lol... And now I cannot
believe what I've missed by now... I can explore MOUL and the
fan ages so easily and gracefully (even Turtle Island of which they
say it was buggy, it isn't at all lol) and everything is so much more
rich in detail... I believe I see details I haven't seen before lol...
And, of course, I love Windows 7, OMG... haha... Oh, what a delight...
I wish you all a wonderful evening and week... /does a happy dance... |

Right now this is great, Tomala...
I am also considering to buy a new one as my old TV has finally
conked out lol (I already dropped it at the special waste deposit
today), yeah it kept going for so long so I can be really grateful
lol, and as my monitor which I bought a couple years ago has an
integrated TV tuner I decided to use this one instead and to buy
a new maybe bigger monitor (bigger than 22") cause this will be
less expensive haha...
May I ask which size you have chosen, Tomala? I mean, I'd like to
know actually, if one has a real fullview on a bigger monitor without
the black edging you know, that would be awful esp. for MOUL or
other games...
Ok, however, have fun and enjoy your new enhanced sight onto and
into the real and virtual worlds and I wish everybody a wonderful and
exciting day and weekend... /wave... |

Right now a ViewSonic and with LED backlight... this one is very beautiful and
elegant, Tomala, thanks for sharing this and your experiences as of gaming etc...
I think I'll stick with a 24 inches one as well which is big but not too big lol
and I also like the 16:9 aspect ratio which is not "too wide" lol...
Yeah, let's see which one I'll choose anytime soon... I mostly look for
the Samsung offers and I also found an LED backlight featured one,
which has a response time of even 2 ms and a very high contrast ratio...
Thanks again, Tomala, go on having lots of fun... |
