how come neither of the GT shards have a Who's Online? thing when you go to log in?, without it you can't tell if anyone is online or not.

It does now Smile At least when you login, there is a link at the top of the screen to see who's online. This has been incorporated into both the Plasma and Tpots servers. If you just want to bring up a page you can bookmark, for now you can use:

http://www.greattreeshard.org/shard/uuonline.php

and

http://www.greattreeshard.org/shard/tpotsonline.php

In a few days I'll create a couple of nicer pages you can goto for looking to see if friends are online. I've removed the KI numbers from the Until Uru list due to potential privacy concerns. I left them in the Tpots version because for now people might want to know their KI number, although it doesn't do much good without a working KI Smile
