|
|
I just went to the DRC Forum and it gives me a long string of characters and words for about 5 seconds before the good old MS "can't find this page" appears.
I'm wondering if it's the forum or me. Anyone else having visual problems? _________________ What a wonderful thing it is to spend time with people who aren't obligated to be there, either. |

I've been experiencing that problem for at least three days now. I have no idea what's up with it. Sorry I can't be of assistance...but at least you know that it's not just you! _________________ Beware the butterflies of DOOOOM! and exposition

The forums had been acting a bit buggy in the past week or two so they were taken down so they could be moved to a new server. The DRC forums have been broken ever since. It could be related to the Lattice work Victor Laxman is doing, or that could just be a co-incidence.
Hopefully in the next few days it'll return. |

Ooooh, coincidence..... ok, shuuuuurre.... I love "coincidences" and believe that coincidences coincide coincidentally as seemingly completely unrelated events. I know it's been reported to the appropriate people. I don't know if it's a high priority in the scheme of the restoration right now, though. |

It was apparently high enough priority that the issue should now be resolved.
If you still get a page full of mumbo-jumbo, try the refresh button on your browser. It's a miracle! _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

I heard somewhere that the folks at Cyan are the ones hosting the DRC website, and I know their own site was down for a few days (Monday to Wednesdayish) for server reconfigs. Chances are good this was related to that... _________________
