The Great Tree

Chucker over at another forum had the idea of recording what happens, much like you're recording your Great Tree documentaries. Would two people like to set themselves up from the Great Tree? One in the hood and one in Ae'gura? And make a video of events as they happen and upload it?

While it won't be look the same as the the Great Tree documentaries as there will be strange artifacts like a circle and KI chat, etc being shown, it will allow a video record for people who don't get to be there.

Apparently the DRC has given him some information they haven't shared with the rest of us, and he's passed it on at the DRC forums, Cycreim. I have no idea why this data wasn't simply passed to the liaisons... it is certainly a strange way to disseminate information.

Ran into Jean and Cuz the other day, we all went to Kadish to check out something Eleri had mentioned. Someone either left it there for us to find or just forgot it after kicking it around... A soccer ball, of all things. That wasn't the weirdest thing though.

When we were in the pillar room... there were these strange... rumbling noises, and a far-off howl. Freaked me the heck out. Couldn't even tell which direction is was coming from either, the room has such weird accoustics...

Saw Daed's KI activate today, and I showed him the ball and we went to check out the noises again. They were still there. Only in that one room, too... I swear they weren't there before.

Hey all

What kind of noise? What kind of howl?
I was in the Cavern and Kadish yesterday, played with the silly little thing (I hope this isn't a sign of lil' Wheely trying to convince her father D'nisneyworld is a good idea, just so she can show off the place to her friends?)... and well, I didn't hear anything.

All of this talk has disturbed me, so I went to visit Kadish Tolesa myself.

Now, I've heard others talk of this place, and I've been there myself, but have never encountered others there except when I've invited others deliberately. And I solved the puzzles there long ago, and have never had trouble with someone changing or resetting the puzzles.

But when I visited today, all of the puzzles were reset.

Eventually I reached the pillar, or clock, room. Solved it, didn't hear anything except the noise of the pillars and weights, and the dropping rings, and the hissing and grinding of the elevator behind me. I climbed up to the top. I climbed back down. I shut down the elevator because it was making too much noise, and sat quietly for a while.

Eventually I heard it. But I think you guys are crazy. I'm sure it is just the wind. It's rather intermittant.

I'm more concerned about the puzzles being reset!

I'm not sure why, but it only seems to come from the pillar room. I'd say that the sounds were coming from the pit under the pillars and... ugh I just gave myself the willies.

Your puzzles were reset, Marten? Weird. You used the book in your Relto, right?

Yeah weird. If it was the book in the Nexus I'd say they gave you the wrong Kadish book but... huh.
