Shorah, folks!
Here's a movie of my last minute in Ae'gura, before the forced linkout:
Movie (1.9 MB)
And here's a version where I've added the Bahro screech: (careful - this one will make you jump!)

Thanks, Robert! It's a little creepy to relive it but it's important to save it for posterity...and for those who come after us. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

You warned me, but I still had to jump.
Stupid me muted the sound, thinking that would improve some of the lag... I'm glad you captured it! |

Yup, if it's ok with Robert, someone should copy that into our archives for future reference... _________________

That's fine with me, Rils! I figured this forum was a good place to post because of your archival information.
UPDATE: Beatfox had heard the actual scream and had identified the proper sound. I've since updated the "screech" version of the movie with the correct sound, to make it more authentic. So, I recommend downloading it again before you archive it.
Thanks, Beatfox! _________________ Can we rebuild it? Yes, we can. |

Thanks, Robert & Beatfox! That was indeed the sound I heard. /shudder _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

The momentous and disturbing events of this day should give us pause to think...
... and then to demand to know...

Thanks for the movie, Robert! I was there, but I'm technically inept at movie making... _________________ URU Live KI #: 50911 MOULa KI #11697212

I'm inept too, apparently...
..... what?
I had set up two cameras to film.... whatever was going to happen. On a hunch.
Both cameras failed prematurely. It makes me wonder if someone or something tampered with them...
