Straight up: we're trying to keep our boards IC for the duration Live. We're probably not going to moderate that aspect so really it's up to you guys to use your own judgement! Yay empowerment!

Some rough guidelines:

- The Cavern, The Great Tree Pub, and the Neighbourhood forum sections are going to be for IC matters. Right now you can use the Randomness forum for OOC stuff like this post, for instance. The rest of the forum sections are kind of nebulous... just act like you would if the DRC were watching!

- When being IC, try not to acknowledge metagame information. You can play off it (who doesn't!) but for all intents and purposes, mystonline.com, the DRC's OOC section, and chat logs with Cyanists do not exist. They simply do not appear in front of our eyes because in our world, there is no need for such things.

- We STILL don't like rules! These aren't rules. Feel free to do the opposite of what I just said if you think it works. This is an awareness post, since we've been talking about going IC at launch for a long time now. This is not a code of conduct.

- Lastly, have fun!

You might want to put some sort of indicator after the Forum name , like "(IC)" just to be a reminder.

We're not going to do indicators. If anyone strays too far, it's pretty easy to re-correct. We're really informal here.
