We could maybe put something here about the D'ni language? (even if it's only a link to the site of the Guild of Linguists) _________________

Aha!
I thought it was strange that you didn't have anything on the language (esp. in D'ni research), should have looked harder. _________________

I love that pocket dictionary.
Fah lahsah lehsh bihv, Fah lahsah hoor sheet
Fah lahsah mahn bihv, G'shehnto t'rihl tsoidtahv
D'ni for: One ring to rule them all, One ring to find them
One ring to bring them all, And in the darkness bind them _________________ No-one has explained WHY a raven is like a writing desk! |

That's cool I like the one ring to rule in D'ni
Yeah I love the D'ni Pocket Dictionary as well, something I use a lot for reference. |

That's interesting that you managed to translate the inscription, but I still prefer it the the original Black Speech of Mordor.
Ash nazg durbatulūk, ash nazg gimbatul, ash nazg thrakatulūk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.'
Sounds more menacing. _________________

Feel free to stop on by the D'ni Linguistics Fellowship for any questions, too.
This is a very nice forum, guys! I'd like to link to it when I tweak the website a bit in the next few weeks, if that's ok? _________________ Webmaster ~ Administrator
