!shorah
We are pleased to announce that Mysterium 2007 will be held the weekend of July 20 - 22. This is especially exciting this year because it falls on the weekend before Comic Con, allowing interested people to stay longer after Mysterium and attend both events should they choose.
Mysterium is an annual gathering of fans of Uru and the Myst series. Many
Mysterium attendees are members of online communities centered around the games. They have grown to be friends online, and Mysterium gives them a chance to meet face to face.
We sincerely hope that everyone can attend this gathering!

P.S. There is no connection between Mysterium and Comic Con. The Mysterium Committee neither endorses nor opposes Comic Con. |

Oh, bloody hell. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to choose between Faerieworlds and Mysterium this year. _________________

Woah, I'm suprised I don't have to choose between Mysterium and my own wedding. LOL (My wedding is on the 28th.) I might be able to make it. But then again, my wedding is one week later... I'll have to see. _________________

Oh geez, if I could road trip with the five of us (from the last Mysterium) plus other TGT'ers.... that might help solidify my decision. _________________

The last day of Mysterium is the day before my birthday.
This means people will give me travel money.

I think it would Rock Teh Socks if we did a group train trip. The train runs from here to LA, it's a cool, low stress trip and there are Group Rates, plus, we can theoretically take over a whole car.
Even better if we could arrange to 'pick up' people on the way south, and add them to our group.
What do you guys think, should I look into the logistics?
(PS, just as a looksee, an adult RT fare from SEA to LAX, without any discounts is about $180 RT) _________________

I would consider flying to Seattle and training to LA. I'd have to look into the costs, but it's a possibility. I think it would be fun. _________________ FEAR LEAFZILLA!!! |

I'm hoping that I might be able to go this year (most likely not tho, cause stuff always comes up). For me, flying would probably be the best option. I don't know how to organize a road trip, plus I would have to devote several weeks of driving since it's over 3000 miles. |

I like that "pick up" people idea, Eleri. Cuz ya'll would be passing thru my neck of the woods directly. You have me intrigued with that idea, Eleri...you have me intrigued! _________________ Crazy for Sale!

Yikes... does the train swing southeast to Dallas, before it heads west?? _________________ URU Live KI #: 50911 MOULa KI #11697212
