Hi.

I've been having increasing trouble with my Uru computer for several months. It would take several tries to boot, wouldn't run Windows Media Player, and other oddities. Being a Mac user in a Windows world I had no idea what to do.

When Episode 6 came along I couldn't play at all. Half the time I'd crash before getting to Relto, about half the remaining attempts would end with crashing out of Relto, and the rest of the time I'd crash within 20 minutes no matter where I went. I just sort of gave up.

Then Marten took me in hand, made some suggestions, and provided links. The tools he pointed me to identified the problem: a bad memory module. Now that I've removed the bad one and am running on the remaining 512MB the computer works fine.
