Wow!!! Our Erik's very busy and hardworking these days...
This looks all very great, Erik. And your new helper, your log editor,
seems to be a neat and valuable little tool... |

D'mala is covered, and I added the index page. (I will add the link to this page to the communication page eventually, but I want to add some more transcripts before I do that) |

Times are mentioned for the transcripts at http://www.thegreattree.com/tree, and I looked up the raw transcripts of some of these conversations and noticed that the logged time is the same as the mentioned cavern time.
So now I'm wondering, did the KI log in Cavern Time back then, or could the times be wrong?
Also, if someone still has raw transcripts of events from Prologue, I'd really appreciate it if you send them to me.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I've just come to the conclusion that the mentioned times at /tree are indeed wrong... that same error is in the documentaries now as well... |

For some reason, times on many logs were recorded wrong, but we did what we could to correct this in the instances where logs contradicted each other in the videos. When there aren't any other logs from the same day to conflict.. well.. I don't think it even really matters, because D'ni is kind of timeless. Erik,
You are just churning through the internet at an amazing speed. :)
I will send you a private list of corrections where I've noticed issues, but for now, here is an amusing one:
In http://drcarch.thecitadel.nl/communication/transcripts/prologue/explorers-in-city/ , replace all instances of

with

Thought I replaced them all, but it seems I forgot one log... |

All prologue transcripts have been archived now!
http://drcarch.thecitadel.nl/communication/transcripts/
It is the most complete archive of prologue transcripts now, and I think it includes all chat-logs that are still accessible on-line.
I archived everything I could find, although I frequently found references to events that people didn't bother to log... Some posts at UruObsession even said things like "Engberg visited the City today, but not much happened". Excuse me?! Back then they were so used to have DRC members and story around them, that many people didn't even bother to log and to post those logs. But of course, they couldn't realise how fortunate they were back then... I'm sure most thought the story would go on for years.
At times I also found logs that people later removed, because they were afraid that the DRC might find out what Douglas said about them...
On top of all that, many transcripts were posted at the DRC forums at Ubi, and those are lost...
I really need better logs for these transcripts:
http://drcarch.thecitadel.nl/communication/transcripts/prologue/engberg-in-the-german-hood/
http://drcarch.thecitadel.nl/communication/transcripts/prologue/sharper-is-angry/
http://drcarch.thecitadel.nl/communication/transcripts/prologue/sharper-strikes-back/
http://drcarch.thecitadel.nl/communication/transcripts/prologue/marie-in-aegura/
If anyone has logs that aren't on the website or if anyone has a more complete log, please send it to me. If you don't have the time to dig in your own chat-logs, but if you do have many logs from prologue, you can also just zip your logs and send them to me, and then I'll compare them. |

An awesome job you're doing, Erik...
Was looking around a bit on the german fora, but found nothing
there by now... But I could find the first chat log with Michael Engberg
in the German Explorers Hood on the german Ubisoft forums...
It starts about an hour earlier and it's a raw chat log...
Please have a look here
http://forums-de.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/517100112/m/982103212
On my way I also found some interesting interviews, that were logged
on Cyan chat I believe, but dunno exactly...
Find them here
Ok, just found another log from 29.12.2003 Douglas Sharper in
the URUNIVERS Hood .. here's the rest from 19:40 on...hehe...
Ok, that's it for now, Erik... hope someone else can find some more if
available... Again, great work... |

I also scanned the Uru:ABM forum section at Ubi. While most logs were in the now lost DRC section, I did find some misplaced logs that I added. Found some raw logs of events of which I only had an edited log, and found some more complete logs. (Like for this one http://drcarch.thecitadel.nl/communication/transcripts/prologue/laxman-talks-about-the-great-zero/ )
I also found forum posts like this, where I almost found a new log, but where people thought it wasn't necessary to post it:
Quote: | I do have a complete chat log, but there honestly isn't much to report. He basically stayed around the neighborhood for 45 minutes but didn't say a whole lot. | Arrgh! |
