I think its a great idea, was reading the GoG Pizza day thread earlier today and thought it was a cool idea. I just think its a great thing to do, a sign of appreciation and support to everyone at Cyan. I have a Paypal account as well and I'm more than happy to contribute to it. |

No rest for the wicked, especially with the Professor to keep me on my toes
OK, first my donation will be $25. I figure since MsLorene and I planned this, at least I could do would be to make a good contribution. If we don't reach our goal of $150, then I will cover the rest. If it happens to go over $150, do you want the rest to go to the professor for covering the costs of the jackets for Cyan, or just post a message stating we have reached our goal?
The eMail address for the PayPal payment is: JGAGER@ATTBI.COM
I figure a donation of $5-$10 each should be sufficient for those who want to participate.
When the professor has the jackets and can get them to me, then we will make our trip out to Cyan. I guess I need to get my jacket on order. The only thing I have is a DRC T-shirt and that certainly won't do _________________ Uru Live KI #: 69208

Okay, I sent my money. You're at least a 1/3 of the way there already.
I'm working on the artwork even as I write this. Multi-talented, eh? As I mentioned in a previous post, I should have my hands on the newest sample of the jacket anytime now.
It's all coming together splendidly. hehehehehe.... _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

A question from the unenlightened: how do you work the paypal account? I've never tried to play with it before, but I'd really like to help out. _________________ The laws contrived by the Proud are their security, and their undoing. Such laws make disobedience a virtue and obedience a sin. |

Jon, you can sign up for an account here: PayPal Just click on the "Sign Up" tab at the top...
By the way, Ashtar, I just sent you $$$ via PayPal.
Also, it might be a great idea to have Farlesis write a letter on Great Tree parchment and in D'ni script for the Cyan employees to decipher. Perhaps we should start a new thread asking members for ideas and clues that could be included in the letter? _________________ URU Live KI #: 50911 MOULa KI #11697212

PayPal's very easy, Jon. Just go to PayPal.com and they'll walk you through it. You simply attach a credit card or bank account to their database and through a tab system and very easy interface you send people money. I've attached my checking account. A lot of sellers on eBay don't care for the credit card payment. This way the money I spend using PayPal comes right out of my account and there are no finance charges associated with it. Check the site out, though. It's very self-explanatory. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

It looks like the Donations are rolling in! Thanks to those who have sent donations so far. I'll post a list when I get back home this evening, but I believe we are pretty close to our goal already. Like I mentioned though, if there is anything over the amount needed for the pizza's, it will go to the Professor for the Cyan jackets, or to something else for the Cyan employees. Maybe soft drinks during the pizza fest It's great that we can show our appreciation for the enjoyment Cyan has provided over the years with their games and stories. _________________ Uru Live KI #: 69208

Just sent off some from me.
And Mystlander, I think that that would be a great idea! Give Cyan a puzzle to work out!

Any chance of making it a puzzle pizzabox?
Or perhaps print-outs of journey cloths to hide under the pizzas? _________________
