Right now I'd like to wish you all a belated heartfelt Happy Holidays, I hope you've had a wonderful Christmas time,
and I'm wishing you an amazing, absolutely magical and in all respects prosperous and Happy New Year 2014 ...
Right now instead of a greeting card or fireworks or sth like that lol, I'd like to share these absolutely wonderful Season's Greetings
beautifully presented to us by our precious Adventure Game Developers, which came in today through my Cyan Worlds Fb RSS feed ... Enjoy ... |

Thanks for the tip, Erik. I'd seen no hint of this coming, anywhere. Maybe that's due to the MOUL forum having had the "other games" section moved off to the Cyan forum, which I usually don't remember to check. Anyway, this makes me wish I had waited before I bought the Cyan pack on Steam.
I wonder, though, how RealMyst will work on my PC display. No matter what I do, I can't get Riven to retain the 4:3 image ratio; as soon as I run Steam, it overrides my display settings and everything in Riven becomes too wide. |

Right now,
Well, rather, 2 weeks ago, Cyan updated Myst Masterpiece to address many of the initial bugs, including performance issues. /thumbsup
But right now, actually, listening to the URU Road Trip, taking place in the Watcher's Pub in MOUL. _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

Right now,
The domain name I've been using for several years is going away as DynDNS is getting rid of their free service. I've just set up a replacement but it may take 1-3 days for it to propagate to everyone. This will affect the link to the prologue documentaries until I have it all fixed up. _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

Right now, I'm wishing my laptop (the only windows computer in the house) was trustworthy enough to run Uru. I miss it. Don't get me wrong, Mac based networks (including Apple TV) are very convenient, but realMYST Masterpiece edition from the app store is the only MYST game I've got that works on the Mac.
Right now, I'm getting ready for dinner. I love pasta.

Right now, I'm messing around with Seltani. It has all the wonderful abilities to channel one's creative energies into time-draining activity that, say, minecraft, (or just ordinary writing or game design), has, combined with the sense of esoteric exploration of interactive fiction and the rich lore of the Myst universe as background. What more could one want?
The only age I've really tried so far is Barbetween, but if all of them turn out half that good I'm pretty sure I won't regret my time there. |

Thanks! First a long holiday and then I will start working for a large company in the Netherlands that makes accounting software, where I will join the research department as a Research Engineer, which is more or less a Software Engineer but one who doesn't maintain old stuff but is looking for new things. |

Right now,
I know Blade and Eleri are playing Ingress, and I started last week.
Are any other TGTers participating? _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.
