I just looked in the Interactive Pocket D'ni Encyclodia and it says the equivilant Surface Date would be:

20/04/2004 21:27:48

Maybe someone could check that out? I never trust these things.

It says that would be 04/20/2004 16:27:48 for me.

I can try and confirm that later.
