So I'm cleaning out my hard drive last night, and came across the .wmv file someone from around here put together. You know, the one with all the clips of us from when Uru was Live... bunch of us just mingling, dancing, jumping, all together like a big party... Eagle Eye Cherry singing "Save Tonight" in the background...

It got me all nostalgic so I went running around the Neighborhood... alone of course. Remembering all the good times, and missing all of your avvies.

<sigh> Crying or Very sad

Oh maaaaaaaan, CUZ... Ricka created that video! Isn't she talented?

After reading your post, I decided to take a trip down memory lane and watched all the vids created by URU fans: Save Tonight, Faces of URU, Linkout, Maintain, Phil's Demise, Shakeup, Travolta in URU, URU Beta 2003, URU Crazy I & II, URU Live, URU Poem, URU Live Tribute, & Wandering the Ages Alone... Now I'm crying, too!

It's a good thing I'm wearing my Great Tree jacket to soak up all the tears...

Guess we all need a warm and fuzzy group hug!

I'd love to get hold of all those videos. The one Soosi put together was enough to bring me to tears several times. I can't say I've been collecting them--working on Tapestry was my way of dealing with the grief.

The one KlyX did makes me teary every time, and I was only in Live once, myself. I watched over VAXJedi's shoulder alot though, and I know it hit him hard.

Don't know if you've all seen this, but on Bill Slease's blog there's a link to an Uru Video made by Christoph Geiser in Switzerland. Here's the link, it is 54 mgbs and you will need to download the divx movie codec if you haven't already got it :

http://www.allblack.de/downloads/abacado/normal/onceeng.avi

Divx download:

http://www.divx.com/divx/download/

I watched it last night...and it was just perfect and summed up everything.
