Couldn't believe my eyes, but I checked the Tapestry Who's Online page, before linking to Relto last night. Low and behold, there was Brian Fioca's name on the list, showing him in his Relto & Avatar Customization Ages.

If this was a GT Member assuming the persona of our fearless leader, I have no objections. However, if it was someone from the DRS, then I feel we should vehemently protest this player's actions with the Tapestry Administration.

Was anyone consulted about this while I was on vacation last week?

you know, perhaps it was actually Fioca for real?

i don't think that the DRS would be creating a character of him, especially since Fioca's a real person who might get on UU sometime. also, wouldn't they talk with the GT or something before doing that?

Speaking officially for the DRS (as creator). The only characters we have official permission to use are the ones for DRC (though right now no plans to EVER use them.) So that means none of our people have permission to create a character of a real person without Fioca's permission.

i don't understand...why couldn't it be the real Brian Fioca? where did he go after live shut down?

could someone explain some more about Fioca's leaving the community or whatever he did? i'm just thinking that maybe he left because Live was no more, and maybe UU brought him back...

It does indeed appear that Brian Fioca, Captain of the Great Tree, may have in fact stopped into the Cavern........until he crashed. But, you may spy him in the Cavern again as early as this weekend. Which starts in two hours here in New York. Shocked

i saw brian in the uo hood tonite. didn't get a chance to talk to him much tho (was on my way out).

so, is the REAL brian or not?

Yes, the family is coming together again. Daedalus, where are you? And Farlesis....what the heck? I should at least be seeing you in my Neighbors list by now. Come on everybody....if you're a member here you should be a member in the Cavern. Even if you don't get down there as often as you used to. You're missing all the....well, you're missing it! LOL
