There are three modes of movement to choose from. Uru got me hooked on free roam. Very immersive. The point and click style shown in the ign videos is too much like a ride to me, like I'm a passenger. No one knows much about the third mode which has been described as classic plus. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

After I've FINALLY seen the trailers...
EoA definitely has move of an URU-esque feel to it... in that the other characters are CG 'Avatars', instead of the 'live actors' of the previous MYST titles.
I'm officially stoked/psyched/jazzed for this game. _________________ KI 182798

cool!
some small part of me misses when they had to say "surrealistic" for the graphics rather than the plot.
I have no idea where this game will go.

I believe the current thought is that he's the D'ni survivor that Marie Sutherland spoke about meeting in Noloben. _________________ Jaharen

Most likely that's the case. His name is Escher. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

Where did you hear his name? In one of the many journals that I was too impatient to read completely through? _________________ Jaharen

Rand used the name in one of his interviews recently. I'll try to find the link and post it here. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

Yup, gotta be Yeesha in the trailer, or they go to the same tattoo parlor--check closely over her right eyebrow.
Man, that Bahro is a monster! Must be related to the Predator, with that camoflage ability. (Oops, the Predator's camo is technological) _________________ Your friendly neighborhood balladeer,
