Looks like a great place for sand sculpture to me. Except Oregon is cold.

I did a sculpture on Noloben once. A guy wanted it for his signature on UO. It turned out well. He doesn't use the signature any more... a one-off. Sand was kind of coarse, and Esher is no help at all. Just stood around making snide comments about the inevitable fall.
