The good news... I'm back on The Great Tree website, with no more "Timed Out" messages! 
The bad news... I'm a Comcast cable subscriber... 
The ugly news... It takes 5 to 10 minutes to move between pages on the website... uuuuuuugh! 
I'd like nothing more than to make The Great Tree website my homepage, again. Any clue as to when the connectivity issues will be resolved, Brian?

Glad to see you back!
We've been debugging the problem for a few weeks now, and haven't really gotten anywhere. Best we can tell there's a router between comcast and edeltacom that is filtering packets from this IP address, but only sometimes...
We think the problem is in either Comcast or ATT's routers, but it's hard to tell.
Somone else can probably describe the situation better, but it doesn't seem to be a problem with our server, it's a problem with Comcast...
