I'm back as well. I've had so many issues with Comcast. We moved back in June and it took me an installation guy, four repairmen, and probably a couple dozen tech support calls to finally get someone out here who knew what they were doing. We told the last repair guy that he was their last chance and he said that he heard that a lot. I guess you have to threaten to leave before they actually help you. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr..............
