Yeah it is, you just need to get the dxdiag information and paste it in.

I kind of felt like I was sending them a lot of random nonsense, but I suppose it's easier for them to weed out what they want, rather than trying to tell us how to do it.
I'm just not sure how it helps Cyan to know that my computer is named after a somewhat ill-fated Antarctic explorer...?
I was hoping for an essay question as to why I'd make a good beta tester, but oh well. "I'm good at breaking things and doing what I'm not supposed to do. I'm also really nitpicky by nature, and if I'm not beta testing, I'll probably spend the next few months nitpicking your website instead. Oh, and you need a folklorist, right? Am I right?" Or something like that.
