Things are looking good! I only need scenes in Kadish, and a few more "random" scenes here and there with people dancing in different ages, which I did not film on the first day. I could also use some additional material from Teledahn of people walking down the walkways. (I'd prefer to get people from the same group on Saturday for the additional Teledahn scenes, but I will happily accept anyone I can.)
Film time for Monday, July 3 will be 8am Pacific (11am Eastern) Daylight time. That is -7 GMT so that you can adjust for any timezone. If I cannot attract a crowd tomorrow, I am very likely to do filming Tuesday morning as well (as most people in the US have that day off).
The work in progress looks fantastic; still a lot of work to complete for postproduction (brightening scenes, tightening up transitions, etc) but all in all it looks like the film will meet or exceed my vision for it.
Again, I apologize to those who cannot use The Great Tree shard. I have to use a shard where the actors have access to the coveted Santa Hat reward clothing.
Many thanks to everyone who has participated so far, and I hope to see more people tomorrow! _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

Thanks to those who attended today's filming! Happy Explorers is rapidly approaching completion. I only need about 10 more seconds of footage to complete it.
All of the remaining footage is to be shot at the Dock in A'egura. It should take considerably less time than previous shots; nothing fancy or tricky this time.
Final session:
Noon, Pacific Daylight Time, Ae'gura Docks, Great Tree shard. No new participants please - but everyone who has helped out up to now is welcome to join for this final session! _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

Arg.. I am not going to be able to make this one Marten I'm sorry. If you don't get filming done this afternoon, I should be free for the rest of the week though.
Sorry :/

Due to low turnout, there'll be a re-take of the final dancing scene at 8pm Pacific Daylight Time, Wednesday July 5.
See you there! _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

Wonderful
It would be really really nice if Ashtar and a'moaca' can also make it. (Hint hint.) I'd like to get as many of the "Team of 9" as possible. I've sent a PM to Sandra, but I'm not sure if she can make it because that's 5AM in France. _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

Hmmm, so that's 10 pm Central Daylight Time? OK, then I can make it, too. _________________ What a wonderful thing it is to spend time with people who aren't obligated to be there, either. |

Ummmm, was there a problem? I didn't hear from anyone if there was and the Nexus problem was fixed before this message was posted. But it looks like you were able to finish up the video and another great job Marten Like I posted on the Live forum, it really shows the fun we can have in Uru. Perhaps if you do another video, we can make some use of the Alcugs shard. There is a lot of potential for some great video shots there as well

The only problem was TomahnaGuy complaining that he didn't have access to the Great Tree shard. (No Kagi Key, I believe.) But no Santa Hats on D'mala, so it had to be that way.
Thanks again Ashtar _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

Marten....
um... WOW.
First, TOYS is one of the best, most under-rated movies of all time. I thought it was brilliant. My Mrs. disagrees, but we all have our opinions.
As for the Soundtrack... I bought it years ago and burned 3 copies of it for my car... i kept wearing them out.
You've got great taste in the music you choose, and a knack for timing in your editing. Bravo.
Again, I say Bravo. _________________ KI 182798
