It sounds like we should post more information for co-ordination purposes.
Marten's Itinerary
I'm arriving at Spokane International Airport (once Geiger Field, hence the designation GEG). My plane is due at 9:05 pm Thu, Jul 27. I've rented a car from Thrifty Car Rental - a "Hyundai Accent (or similar)" as they describe it. My hotel reservation is at the Shilo Inn at E 923 Third Avenue, which is about 7 miles from the Radisson.
Checkout is Sunday before or at noon. My return flight leaves the airport at 6:10 pm Sun, Jul 30, so I'll probably still be at the convention until 4ish.
If this fits anyone else's plans, I'll try to be helpful with car rides and such. _________________ Durin Mephit * Member of Guild of Messengers - Unless otherwise stated, opinions are mine only and not Guild endorsed.

This is a good idea Marten had and I don't want it lost in the main Mysterium thread so I gave it its own home.
Prof's Itinerary
Flying into Seattle on Thursday night where I will be picked up by Brian & Jean & company to partake of dinner and then to sleep in the pink pony room in the Fioca basement.
Friday morning drive with Brian, Jean, Daedalus, & Saxy to Spokane for the festivities.
I am fairly certain I will be sharing a room with Marten at the Shilo and commuting back and forth with him. I will be sharing the room and gas expenses as needed and as always.......I'm very flexible.
I have to be back in Seattle Sunday night for an 11:30 PM flight. Hopefully it will all work out. OR maybe I'll rent a car once I get to Spokane. Hey, that might work. _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

Moiety Jean's Itinerary
Thursday morning - wrapping up the housecleaning, making up some beds
Thursday evening - pacing anxiously waiting for Brian to get home with houseguests Daedalus and Professor Askew
Thursday night - dinner of some sorts
Friday morning - up at the crack of dawn and driving with said Brian, Daedalus, Professor Askew, and Saxypants to Spokane
Rooming with Saxy, Brian, and Daedalus at Ramada Suites
Sunday afternoon - heading out, presumably with all aforementioned passengers back to Tacoma in time for 8:50pm flight out _________________ ~Moiety Jean

Cycreim's Itinerary
Not sure how specific I can make these times. This should be down to the nitty gritty by Monday or Tuesday, because I won't be able to buy my bus tickets until then. I'll update this once I figure everything out.
EDIT: Confirmed my arrival and departure times. I have bus tickets.
Thursday 4:45 PM - Arriving in Spokane via Greyhound, making my way to the Ramada Suites. If CAGrayWolf or Rex Havoc aren't around yet, I'll have some time to mess around.
Then I'll be doing events or whatever comes up. I'm not planning anything beyond arrival and departure times too specifically.
Sunday 4:30 PM - Taking off on the Greyhound for Seattle. _________________ KI: 34353

This should be roughly accurate.
Daedalus's Itinerary
Thursday Afternoon: Arriving in Seattle to be picked up by Brian to partake in various shenaniganery (TP-ing houses, prank calling various Safety First members). Later will have an insane and needlessly intellectual conversation with Professor which will lead to--
Thursday Night: Daedalus's head explodes during dinner. This will dramatically reveal a fantastic flaming fudge fondue which will be served to the remaining/surviving dinner guests. Will stay the night at the generously awesome Fioca residence.
Friday Morning: Ride in the Partridge Family bus (i.e. The "Fiocar") to Spokane with as many GT members that can fit in the smallest space possible. Fights over music choices and Daed's DS will insue. Brian/Jean will need to shout "Now children, don't make me turn this car around!" at least twice from the front seat.
Staying at Ramada with Brian, Jean, and Saxy. At least 12 orders of pillows will be made to the front desk for reasons not including "pillow fights."
Sunday Afternoon: Dodging tomatoes while escaping Spokane with Brian & Co. to fly out of Seattle Sunday night.
I may have exaggerated all of that a bit. |

Mmmmmm.........flaming fudge fondue.
Let's talk about that, Daedalus, shall we? (Professor Askew pushes his glasses up then steeples his fingers in preparation for an intellectual discussion pertaining to the oft analyzed flaming fudge fondue.) _________________ Professor Daniel Askew - Securing our reality from the machinations of the Station Masters. |

Totally. I have Plinthon's phone number somewhere...

Mmm, fudge fondue a la Daedalus's brains...

I'll make sure to alert the butler to the extra guests. Everyone will receive a lapel pin that will automatically change each room's decor, music, and temperature to their personal preferences.

Ooo, I'll get to practice my flailing arm technique...

I can't reply to this without sounding naughty.

Lets see here...
Friday Morning: Head for Spokane (after waking up too late and the familly being slow to leave the house with the moans of "Do we haaaaave to go?!" comming from my mom and sister and my grumpy and persistant "Yes! Now get moving "
Friday Afternoon or sometimeorother: Arrive at Spokane Ramada after getting lost and spending an extra 45 minutes getting there.
-Me jumping out of the car saying "YAYAYAYAYYA! We're here!" and mom and sister saying "Why are we here again?"
Friday night -sunday morning:
geek out
Sunday afternoon sometime: After prolonging my visit as long as possible I will be tackled by my mom and sister and thrown back in a car back to southern WA.
Sounds fairly accurate

Annacat's Travel Madness Bwahahaha. Ha.
Thursday: Depart Rochester NY around 4:00 pm, arrive Spokane 11:01 pm.
Friday: Probably just hang around and see if I can tag along with what other people are doing. Or enjoy my own demented daydream.
Saturday: All is groovy.
Sunday: Depart Spokane at 7:30 pm for Boston.
Monday: Arrive Boston 6:30 am. Drink some strong coffee, brush my teeth, and hop on the T to meet a friend for lunch (with a possible stop at Garment District to replenish my wardrobe.) Then hop another plane and arrive home at midnight.
Tuesday: Go to work much bleary eyed. Luckily I'm just scanning original documents (why they have someone who they have to pay $17 an hour doing this out of all the possible work in an archive is beyond me) which could be done by a sleeping monkey, so I should be safe.
At some point while I'm in Spokane I really want to/should check out the museum again, and others are welcome to come along.
I'm also very open to sharing cabs to and from the airport... *looks hopeful*
